The Ultimate Gourmet Grilled Cheese Party Buffet

Guys. My baby is two

And, not just my babe. My BABY. Our Last infant. We just sold the crib he kept climbing out of and the high-chair he is also independent to sit down in. There are very few signs of baby left in our house and, after viii years, it feels surreal.

A few weeks agone we had a petty 2nd altogether party for him. It wasn't big or fancy, he'southward our quaternary subsequently all ;), but I wanted information technology to exist something he'd enjoy. I also wanted the guests, who were more often than not adults, to enjoy it as well.

So, I decided to serve his favorite food (grilled cheese), with a fun adult twist.

Information technology was so fun and So delicious, I simply had to share it with y'all. It was also one of the easiest party meals I've always made. I just set out a agglomeration of fixings and each person did their own grilling.

Hither is the list of ingredients and toppings I had bachelor:

Breads:
Whole Wheat – 9 Grain
Sourdough
Bakery White

Cheeses:
Abrupt Cheddar
Provolone
Fresh Mozzarella
Gruyere
Muenster
Pepper Jack

Toppings:
Avocado
Tomato plant
Spinach
Artichoke Hearts
Grilled Onions
Pesto

So I only had an electric griddle hot and set and some butter to spread on the staff of life. Our favorite was a french onion butter, but I had some regular slightly softened butter out too.
