Modern Family Home With Basement Parking And Elevated Floor

The Caucaso Business firm is a private residence designed and built past JJRR/ Architecture in Ciudad de Mexico. The projection was completed in 2022 and the firm covers a total area of 750 foursquare meters. The location was the element that dictated the construction of the building. In guild to offer the clients the possibility to adore the cute views of the environs, the architects had to elevate the house a fiddling fleck.

The ground floor contains the social spaces, 2 bedrooms and their corresponding bathrooms and dressing rooms. The social areas are oriented to the Westward white the bedrooms are facing East. There are no physical barriers betwixt the lounge area and dining space, the 2 forming an open programme.
